Preparing For Promotion
Adult Day Program
The habilitation day program serves as a compassionate and supportive environment for adults facing challenges related to their mental, physical, or developmental abilities. This program aims to provide comprehensive care and assistance to individuals, ensuring they can live with dignity and respect. Through therapeutic and educational activities, participants are allowed to develop their skills and abilities while receiving the necessary support to navigate the challenges of daily life.
Home Health Aide
A.E.S. DreamWorks takes pride in providing exceptional care services customized to meet every individual's unique needs. Our highly trained registered nurses and therapists work diligently to ensure each patient receives individualized care tailored to their specific requirements. All care plans are carefully designed and documented in writing to ensure every patient receives the highest quality of care possible.
